- #### **Version notes**
This is a stripped-down version of Lossless TLMC aiming for the masses. The small size has been achieved by converting, renaming audio files to aac and getting rid of embedded artworks and anything that isn’t audio or front.jpg.
After long thought it has been chosen that tvbr aac is the way to go. It has been converted to aac using Quicktime TVBR 91 and forced 44.1kHz.
Names of the lossy files have changed from:
TLMC v5\[circle_name] secondary_name\date [cat#] album_name (event)\(XX)[artist] track_name.flac
to:
TLMC v5.5\[circle_name] secondary_name\date [cat#] album_name (event)\XX. track_name.m4a
It should have better audio quality than the previous opus, while maintaining a very similar overall bitrate.
Regarding the conversion process, @shin has provided knowledge, so credit goes to him.
“Misc” folder is now present (like in Lossless TLMC) and converted to aac as well.
If the chart wasn’t clear enough, “Misc” folder contains things not yet in official TLMC and albums that aren’t considered touhou arrangements, but are from touhou arrangers.
Big part of the “Misc” is a work of @sharky who manages a not-yet-public doujin music collection on Discord. Big thanks goes to him. No links, since their community is full of horrible, rude people that despise torrents.
