A few things. Firstly, Comic Sans is a terrible font choice to use. Secondly, there are already perfectly good subs for Conan, so if you intend to edit and improve on the old subs, you need to improve in ALL aspects of the release. That includes typesetting. You've also stripped the OP and ED of the romaji, leaving only the English translation, and again, it's in Comic Sans, not to mention your jarring choice to use light blue as the font color. Honestly, if you're going to undertake such a giant project, please do it right.

Compare your subs to this other person/group redoing the movies and you'll see their font choice is much cleaner, font colors are much more pleasing to look at, and they include karaoke in the ending song. https://nyaa.si/view/974180

the next episode previews are not subbed for some reason and if their not subbed they must be cut and I wanted to help by saying that the first 123 episode are done in a masterpiece way by cold fusion so other releases are pointless yes the font is terrible and the subs are too down positioned however I like the movie how was made

You are making a great job ALONE for this tremenduous project, if anybody can make better then make it, don't worry about the others, believe me they are just blabling around. Yes there are room for improvements, take it step by step.
