This is Episode 13 of Cooking Master Boy (aka Chuuka Ichiban). It contains Japanese and Mandarin Chinese audio, and English and Chinese soft-subtitles. The Translation is based on the AXN-Asia version, with revisions to increase comprehension. The file was re-encoded from Xvid raws found on the internet. Audio from the raws were untouched. An edited Cantonese track, ripped from the AnimeKeep release, has been added. We are looking for volunteers who can time and transcribe. It has recently come to my attention that there are better raws out there.
