I did the 8-bit and D4rkFactor did the 10-bit, but unbeknown to me, I encode at a lower setting than D4rkFactor. He uses crf 18, and me 19. So, that's the reason for the filesize difference. Either way, the 10-bit is still the higher quality of the two.
