At last, it was released to Amazon Prime JP. It looks like they use the exact same remastered version as YouTube, but with higher bit rate, also the parts from the movie on the DVD are present here, unlike the YouTube version. The audio is still only stereo, though.

Expect a v2 release from STE-MeruMeru later on. ;)
