I’ve been sitting on this for some time because I couldn’t be bothered to prep it for release, plus I was hoping the book would be reprinted. Sadly that didn’t happen, so here it is. Thanks to kitakevo for lending a hand with prepping some of the scans. I made a number of minor corrections where there were misspellings or text was omitted; since the book only received a single printing, these issues were never officially corrected. Needless to say, if this ever does get its long-promised reprint, you should all go and buy a copy, so you can own a nicely printed book and also support the localisation of more classics, something which most publishers seem rather disinterested in. Until then this will have to suffice.
