Translation: alucardnoyuutsu Quality checking: Ziusudra Timing: Perevodildo Encoding & QC: Anonymous A new batch, with one more episode and a new encoding. With this release, however, the project is now stalled indefinitely, unless a committed TLC ga tooru. TL is too busy IRL, QC is too busy IRL and doesn't care, and I'm too unwilling to touch a series that might get licensed any day. > a series that might get licensed any day Any basis for that other than wishful thinking that Discotek might pick it up?

@Cuan None. Other than it being popular and requested for subbing like mad. Even if old farts at Nippon Animation are currently being anal about rights and uncooperative about licenses, it won't be forever this way. Someone's gotta eventually realize it's a gold mine. It even got a nice-looking BD remaster, meaning the soyboys would love it too, almost guaranteeing it to turn profit. Sorry, but after Ace wo Nerae I don't work on anything even remotely liable to getting licensed without a good reason. Word on the street is, the DVDs of the show contain the Japanese closed captions. If those are dug up, that'd provide for a reason. Hell, in that case, it would hardly even need a TLC anyway. But the chances of that are about the same as the chances of it getting licensed. ¯\\__(⊙_ʖ⊙)__/¯
