On October 13, 2023, ONE PIECE Official YouTube Channel uploaded "EPISODE:0 -ONE PIECE FILM STRONG WORLD- / Limited Time Only" to YouTube [https://youtu.be/oCTYpx7cTmE?si=Mc4ygFCMGqPQjomB]. While this OVA was released 14 years ago, it was only given to the public in DVD format. The YouTube video uploaded is in 1080p, making it the best quality version that exists. Video: 1080p WEB-DL Format - mp4 Bitrate - 2843kbps Framerate - 29.97fps Resolution - 1080p Method - Ripped directly from YouTube with yt-dlp. "1080p Premium Enhanced Bitrate" being the specific stream selected. Audio Track 1: Japanese 2.0 WEB-DL Format - OPUS Sample rate - 48000 Hz Channels - 2 Method - Same as Video, yt-dlp. This is the default audio track. Audio Track 2: Japanese 2.0 DVD Format - AAC Sample rate - 48000 Hz Channels - 2 Method - Extracted from yibis release based on the DVDs. I couldn't tell which one has superior sound so I included both tracks. Subtitle Track 1: [Yibis] English Subtitle Format - ASS Notes: Just the unaltered subtitle track from yibis release. So instead, I tried to make my own "official" subtitle track. For dialogue from the full Strong World film, I used the official captions from the FUNimation Blu-Rays and Netflix release. For the rest of the video, I used Viz's official translation of "Chapter 0" as a reference. For consistency sake, any of Viz's naming that's known to be different from FUNimation/Crunchyroll's was changed (i.e. "Roguetown" is changed to "Loguetown").
