They're all narrated by prolific voice actors: Most of them are by Tomokazu Seki (known to *Ultra* fans as Glenfire, along with many many other tokusatsu roles); The commemoration video is narrated by Megumi Hayashibara (Jessie/Musashi in *Pokémon*); The ones for 8 and 14/15 are narrated by Hiroki Tōchi; And the one for 39-40 is narrated by Mamoru Miyano (Ultraman Zero). If nothing else, I seriously recommend the one for episode 28, that's a genuine work of art.
