@Gradius the anime adaptation follows the novels almost word for word, very subtle diff. a few flashbacks are offset order... the novels read like the anime progresses... very easy 5th grade language, fast reading... just read the books!

@Ayin I'm sure if you hire him on full time with benefits and paid leave, 4 weeks of vacation time, etc, he'd be more then willing to consider your "request." You'll have to haggle over his wage. That is, if he doesn't just laugh and walk away as soon as you start talking. Why don't you show everyone how it's supposed to be done first? :)
