If it seems like everything is corrupted that's because the content of the zips are encoded in shift_jis, which windows does not read. You can "easily" solve this using linux's unzip program, which fortunately can take encoding as a parameter (for brief tutorial: https://superuser.com/questions/872596/how-to-decompress-a-zip-file-with-specified-file-directory-name-character-encodi)
