The full-effects subtitle requires [VSFilterMod](https://github.com/computerfan/VSFilterMod) to display correctly, all other methods will more or less lead to incorrect effects. The normal subtitle removes the special effects, which can be played by regular subtitle-rendering plugin. If you don't want to spend time on VSFilterMod, then choose the normal subtitle. But we highly recommend full-effects subtitle for ones who have both the time and the capabilities because of the fuller viewing experience. The quality of the source is not very good, compared to Nijigasaki Gakuen 3rd Live, only half the bitrate and 23.976 fps. To make matters worse, the source features heavy grain, which could be either due to recording equipment or added duing post-production. This is clearly beyond the unfortunately low bitrate of the source could handle, as demonstrated in various problems such as: noticeable DCT ringing, heavy blocking and banding in the flat area.
