The source is above average quality. Unfortunately, however, low-resolution material is upscaled by poor algorithm, and then, mixed with high-resolution background. This result in severe aliasing and ringing around lines of low-resolution. We applied regular AA and de-ringing to the lines, while protecting and compensating for the high-resolution areas. Then mild de-banding, compensatory sharpening and adaptive de-noising.
