I don't know if those edits go in line with Kaleido-Flax's work on Season 1.
Mugen Train from [Yellow-Flash] was such a good release that I've just downloaded this without even reading the description/comments. The video quality is great, but the subs used in this release are not good at all. The styling is very basic, but my real complaint is actually related to missing dialogue in many places, which happen when there are signs and dialogue on the screen at the same time. In these cases, the signs apparently take precedence and the dialogue subs won't show at all.
Are Anime-Chap subs the best option for this anime?
@papsi_yu For the moment, yes. Our subs will be coming soon™, though. I just need to finish up editing and TS on the last few episodes and then actually encode them (filtering is all but done outside of double-checking that the first few episodes don't need any scene-filtered deblocking). After that, just waiting for my OP styler to finish up and then the episodes will be ready for QC. So still a bit to wait, but getting pretty close.
@Zedjones
Thank you for the update, looking forward to the updated subs :) BTW, after I've finished watching this release, the big issue with missing dialogues mentioned above happen only in the first two episodes, it's mostly resolved from ep 3 onwards.
Sorry, don't check nyaa often. All episodes are QCed, so now it's just a matter of finishing applying QC notes, a few other small tasks, and spot checking.
So hopefully in the next few weeks.

No. They're garbage. Stick with SubsPlease or any other official subs. Anime-Chap just took the official subs and butchered it with worse "typesetting" (and actually deleted some outright) and horrible styling.
