Shiroi Suna no Aquatope / 白い砂のアクアトープ BDRip 10-bit 1080p HEVC + FLAC, MKV format. ~ 700 MB / EP. This project is in cooperation with **DMG**. Thanks to them for elaborating Chinese subtitles. The source is of mid quality. Even though the lines are sharp and the background texture is rich, there is lots of color banding because of the file size limitation (about 3GB per episode). To eliminate these problems, we first applied slight anti-aliasing to the lines. As for the color banding, our goal is to preserve the background texture when de-banding. To do so, we evaluated the intensity of the color banding, and adaptive de-banding was applied afterwards based on our evaluation results.
