So, we're coming up on the end of the series, so it's time to start thinking about batch torrents. Well, to get there, we've first got to do something about the fact that I never released muxed versions of 1-8.
So here they are. 1-5 and 8 are significantly retimed from the stuff found in the mediafire site, and 1-4 all but 6 (which was just released last week and therefore is quite modern in style usage and quality timing) have some style hacking to match what 9+ look like.
Well, if I'm honest, they all have edits to the styles, but that's just to overcome the fact that the raws these are muxed with are anamorphic, so libass is stretching the subtitles at 100% width. I haven't looked at these on a vsfilter equipped box, so it might be a little more condensed than you're expecting, but bear with it. It might be fine though, who knows!
Why DVD versions? Well, the available HD raws for 1-8 are, as I explained back when I released 1-22, not really usable. Not wanting to hop on Japanese P2P to try and find transport streams, this seemed the next best thing. Anamorphic DVD reencoded with x264 is definitely a step up from an SDTV capture recompressed with XviD, even if it's not quite as good as the HD stream would be (though the lack of overlay info makes it better in some ways). If Toei would release BDs this wouldn't be a concern of course, but welp.
Anyway, I didn't buy or pirate the DVDs to encode this, so let's give windmoe a shout out here, since I don't credit him(?) anywhere in the files, whereas he was tagged in the raws.
