**Sensou no Tsukurikata** (AKA **What Happens Before War?**) is an anti-war independent animated short produced in 2015 by NOddIN, a group of Japanese filmmakers and animators. This is the 720p version of my earlier 1080p release, [#1474873](https://nyaa.si/view/1474873). Basically, the reason to get my releases of this short is that I retimed the subtitles and included translations for the introductory signs. Plus, if you care for it, the English dub is included. Includes English and Japanese subtitles.
