**NOTE!!!** Due to an [issue](https://github.com/benchen71/epub-metadata-editor/issues/62) in the at-the-time latest version of Epub Metadata editor I use, the file for the volume 5 can't be opened in Calibre (works everywhere else as far as i can tell).
