Nice to see you offering a patch yourself.
Suggested improvements:
1. The .bat script now deletes the original files without properly checking for successful patching (fix: `&` -> `&&`, as before).
2. Deleting `patch.7z` does not make much sense when archiving the patch as a .zip file with a different name...
3. The .xdelta files could be removed more easily with a wildcard in the .bat.
4. Why did you choose to delete the .xdelta after every patch in the .sh? I would have kept the brace expansion like in the [original](https://nyaa.si/view/1436711#com-1) and just replaced the `.` with `*`.
5. To achieve a smaller patch size you should disable xdelta's default compression and use the archiving program's more efficient algorithm instead.
[Here](https://mega.nz/file/CpNnWKRL#DgqSSDzA6-UGGt7xyaM3PeRmjfPeFJWw6bEvVu1iIPs) is a tiny (~161 **K**iB) patch for your [patch](https://mega.nz/#!wRwygATS!m1SfXM_ut5g_CFCI_xI10ckUZ_taOz7SEGZlmo9iOJg) that implements most of the above to avoid downloading ~3.49 **M**iB again because why not.
