The golden-age of idols ended in 2032, when the legendary idol unit, 7th Sisters, disbanded. Now, idols are thought of as a thing of the past. But a group of young girls want to revive the fading industry. They are the 777☆Sisters, 12 girls who do their best for others. But when someone with ties to their old manager comes for a visit, they will embark on a journey that will rekindle their desire to be idols, as well as what that truly means. Well, I am shocked. I only checked this out because it was colorful and had cute girls in it. Who knew I would enjoy it so much. A big part of that enjoyment for me was the message I got from this: be kind. Help others, not because you will gain something from it, but because it's the right thing to do. Now, while the 12 girls are lovely, the one who is my favorite, by far, is their manager, Coney. She stole every single scene she was in. Of course, being voiced by Minase Inori is kind of a cheat. I subtitled this myself. Even went the extra mile and did the short picture drama introductions.
