The last minute (from 20:45 onwards) before the ED was missing subtitles. At least in the latest precompiled windows version of mpv (mpv-x86_64-20210801-git-416668d) and VLC (3.0.16).
[EDIT] Although, the lines were mostly understandable if you’ve watched enough anime in the same genre. :D

Have the same issue as well towards the end there with the subtitles not there.
