nah this anime is pretty shit actually. and i say that as someone who loves the manga. the adaptation is just bad in a lot of ways. more shit work from okada mari.

@kefizh I forgor 💀 but in all seriousness, I have no idea, it might be the alternate audio track or something, and the second sub track is probably meant to accompany it (also sourced from Golo's release)
