Initial plan is use GuodongSubs that already completed the first season, but I have problem resync their subs, so I try to use WeTV sub.

Fwiw, there’s no rules against using someone else’s subs or TS in your release.
And regarding retiming Guodong, did you try Sushi ?

yes, there is no such rules about that, but I choose to not included L-Sub in my next release, though I still use their sub at least for my own enjoyment watching the show.
I did try sushi, no luck either.
