Is this retarded “sus” and “closeted” crap actually the “official” subs or is it some clown doing the initial subs and then it just getting re-muxed into everyone elses releases???
For half the file size and de-idiot-ized subs I think I may look up your edited releases for this (I’ll have to give it a watch), You are going to keep this up correct?!?

I don’t know if you read the manga that is on here but I found a couple other changes between it and the episodes (I don’t know what’s “official” or what is “Fan done” but the manga wording, I feel, Makes the dialog just sound better and not as 2nd Grade-ish for lack of better phrasing. I can look into changing my copies myself if I feel like it, I wouldn’t be able to do subs myself from scratch (first off I don’t know the language), but I seem to be able to edit existing stuff good enough for my liking.

The Closeted pervert is a decent translation of mutsuri sukebei. However I admit the “sus” translation is horrible. And that is from an official funimation translator. WTF?

One recommendation though. Zako means weakling. Not scrub. The slang “Scrub” is english and it’s not used in the very specific context of the japanese term “zako”. Rom&Rem you probably need to release a version 2.

IDK, maybe i’m just use to “closet Pervert” from anime (and I think it sounds better). I had to look up “closeted” to see if it was an actual word…

Is this translation really come from funi? from what i know funi is far worse than this like overlocalize changing honorific, name order, nick name, money, altered translation, wrong translation and many more even the settings is obviously in japan like higurashi no naku, railgun and log horizon.
