Looked around for DNA but couldn't find v16 either. You can find v1-15 and then v17-18. You could try to contact the groups that scanlated a few chapters of v16 and ask them where they found the raws. "Hand of Time Translations" has an active FB page and "Agent of Change Translations" has a Discord, check their website for an invite link. The one on their FB page expired. What really surprised me is that the manga is still ongoing. And that it was licensed twice, once by TokyoPop and then again by VIZ, who dropped the manga after 13 volumes.

Thanks for Prince of Tennis! It's awesome to hear you're doing DNAngel too. I looked for the raw of v16 and couldn't find it either, but it's only around $2 on amazon.co.jp kindle. If you can't get it from the scanlators, let me know and I can rip it. Apparently it was only released digitally, and not in print. I think the series had a long hiatus or something.

@shellshock Sure, just let me know, anytime, I'm on Discord too, morrolan99#5921 DNAngel is really nostalgic for me. I actually scanned and edited a bunch of the early chapters and then my group dropped it when it was licensed by Tokyopop way back in the day lol. By the way, would you be interested in typesetting the NG Life official Tokyopop translations into the Japanese raw? I wanted to have this series digitally too, but it was never sold as an ebook and I don't really want to scan my copies. I could type up the official translation and do all the double page joins, but I'm very slow at typesetting. I have a feeling you're way faster than I am.
