@AdamEve there’s really good Chinese Animation, Qin’s Moon and Douluo Dalu Soul Land are 2 examples. Each of those series has over 100 episodes.
Even American animation is good, really love the The Dragon Prince, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power and The Legend of Korra.
