These are originally Crunchyroll's subs, but modified. The video is from Amazon Prime Video Japan because it has better quality, plus the lyrics at the bottom of the songs are not present in the Crunchyroll version.
All localized spell names have been changed back to their original Japanese names.
Opening and Ending themes have been translated, because Crunchyroll didn't translate them.
Grampa has been changed to Grandpa because Grampa is a typo.
All character names and places have not been changed. i have the Dai perfect guide book, plus have looked on the official Japanese website for character spellings.

Honestly, I think your choice to change it to "grandpa" makes a lot of sense.
Since Dai uses the more common form "Jii-chan", I personally wouldn't have used "grampa" in the first place, since "grampa" is a more uncommon form in English.
If Dai were to speak with Kansai-ben and call him "Jii-han" or something, then I think maybe "grampa" would fit better.
In any case, thank you very much for this release! After watching the second episode via Crunchyroll and seeing the English names being used for certain spells like "kaswoosh" and "squelch", I really can't bring myself to watch the show that way.
I'll be using your releases going forward.
