Most likely not. Kai would have to redownload the movie from iTunes in 720p. And then do whatever he does to remove the DRM. Downscaling would be tantamount to stupidity, because it would needlessly lower the bitrate.

Native. Would have wrote like “5.1 AC3 Encoded to 2.0 AAC” rather than “From iTunes” if was a downmix.
