@oreharu, The reason I have set this torrent up is because a fellow nyaa user is currently unable to access a PC and is using a tablet. Therefore, I have chosen to upload this torrent to assist them. However, after having discussions with people in the community, I had been informed that making these remakes takes people away from the original torrent, which could lead to underseeding in the long run. Thus, it'd be better if I make XDelta patches. This is the approach I plan to take from now on to assist people in getting a Japanese only audio, whilst still respecting the hard work of the encoders I am doing this for. In exceptional cases like this one, where a user would like access to a Japanese only copy but does not have the facilities to run a XDelta patch, I have decided I would make a limited time only torrent for them and anyone else who might need it. After x time passes, I would then delete the torrent, so as to minimise the impact on the original torrent. As it'd be quite rude to other leechers to realise that the torrent vanished, I thought it'd be wise to let them know from the get go that this torrent will not be staying. I hope that explains the reason for my approach. Though, I am fully open to any further questions or receiving advise on how to handle this better.

I was just trying to get my message across for what I intended to do with as few letters possible. After all, [JapaneseDubOnlyPlz] seemed quite long, which is why I had chosen my current username. It was shortened but direct. If this is a major offense to a lot of people, I do apologise but this was also the username I set and I don't think it'll be possible to change it from what I have seen. In the case that this is as extreme as someone saying chinkydub (example only, it's the only thing I can think of that would match up) and would cause a lot of grief, I can make a new user. @Endless8 I do not appreciate being called a white supremacist. First of all, I am not even white, so assuming so is quite rude. Second of all, if I just wanted to troll people, I would just comment and insult people and not bother uploading things to try and provide people with access to Japanese only Audio anime, which in itself is time consuming. My only purpose in making these torrents is to try and bring back to the community who has given me access to all these animes that I likely would not have been able to as readily have access to if it did not exist. Any input would be appreciated, as it'll decide how I continue these modifications and what the general user would prefer. Once a person has applied the patch, the torrent would no longer be seeded anyway, unless they choose to keep two copies (one source and one Japanese only audio). For most normal users, this isn’t really an option. Wouldn’t it therefore be better if I just upload a remake with the Japanese audio only? As at least in this way, rather than a leech becoming a hit and run, they could instead keep seeding whilst only keeping one copy and saving HDD space. Don’t know if I’m reading too much into it, but I would indeed appreciate your input. I’ve found your constructive criticism very helpful and I’d like to bring benefits to this community rather than negatives. If you agree with my opinion above, I will then only focus on larger encoded where the savings are more of worth unless a torrent is specifically requested. Otherwise, I will consider continuing with the XDelta approach.

you can't seed pre-patched files with patched files provide patches and no torrents if you wish to cater to hit-n-runners of source torrent provide torrents and patches in descriptions if you wish to cater to torrenters whose track setup preferences align with yours. patches in descriptions for instances where someone downloaded the source dual-audio torrent and wouldn't want to redownload again what is effectively 85% or so of the source torrent. xdelta patches would be foolish if lets say you take iAHD's torrent as source because the size of the patches would be so big that it wouldn't serve anyone except someone on the end of severe data caps. although not asked i personally use https://github.com/Moodkiller/xdelta3-gui-2.0 i think suggested version is older and this is a newer version forked from that one. haven't used the suggested version so can't say which is better. a lot more efficient method than xdelta would be distributing scripts which make use of mkvtoolnix present in one's computer to remux or set default flags in target mkv's. weight of such scripts would be in bytes or single digit kilobytes. some command line learning would be needed in this approach.

@Sameer, thanks for this. I might have to hold back on the mkvtoolnix option as I don't really know how to script for command prompt, but might look into doing that in the future. I do like your suggestions however, and I'll look into doing this. As for the one you've linked, I actually came across this also and it's the one I am using now, seems to have much better compression also.

I'll be seeding this for a few months. Maybe longer. With only 3 people to download, it's taken days for me to get it.. I can't be having a great pack like this vanish.
