Monthly Te-Te-TV is Kizuna Ai's third variety show that started broadcast at 26th april 2019 and ran until 27th september 2019. It is the successor of her previous show "Kizuna Ai Nobangumi" (you can find it here: https://nyaa.si/view/1273114), but this time Ai-chan is just co-hosting it and it features Ai-chan and other VTubers commenting on various topics. From october 2019 onwards, they overhauled the show: It was renamed to just "Te-Te-TV", ran in weekly installments of 30 minutes and featured Ai-chan traveling through japan or talking about various topics related to VTuber.
