If you are a noise/grain lover or don’t mind it, you have already several releases.
But, if you are like me, and noise/grain hurt you as much as rubbing sand in your eyes, this release may interest you.
All process were done directly from the japanese Blu-Ray.
Video is denoised.
Didn't find real good subtitles (didn't expect, took me by surprise). So it's quick OCRed and quick retimed from a version using PGS from probably the US Blu-Ray (ST is not realy my stuff). There is room for improvement in the ST if someone is motivated enough.

Nostalgia for old peoples like me, who remember when they first discovered during their now long past youth :
**SANDY FRANK** presents *Battle of the Planets*
Thanks.
Happy to share, my thoughts were "Maybe there is others who could also be interested by what i've made for myself".
Stay tuned. Next release will take times because there will be even more episodes than this one, but i have proper subtitles (or at least they seem), so i should not have to spend time on the subtitle parts (i hope !!!).
It is a 2 eps OVAs. Difficult to find it with a good quality, mainly because it doesn't seem to have a DVD version! Here it is: https://myanimelist.net/anime/2730/1_2_Paradise
Ah, Ok...
I can't do miracles... ^_^
If i can have good results, it's because i have a good master : a properly made Blu-Ray release, on which i can eventualy remove noise/grain, but nothing more.
If i don't have a proper master, there is nothing i can do.
I've used Natron but after applying the filter and press 'render' the setting parameters (crf, ref,... etc) will be changed. Is the same thing in VirtualDub?
I don't know what you're talking about, but, if i'm guessing right, i don't think i can answer to you because i may have a total different process. I have several steps in my process.
I'm first doing all the pre-processing video and save results on avi lossless codec files (it exists UT Video, Lagarith, Magic YUV, i use UT Video).
And after, i encode the resulting avi files with a .bat command line file.
So, if you're using/looking for interface/programs which can do all in once (pre-processing and encode), i can't answer to you, i'm not working like this.
Ok, I understood somehow. So after applying denoise filter (by VirtualDub) on videos you export them as .avi extension and then you use MkvToolnix to mux all the contents in MKV container, am i wrong?
I denoise and export to avi with VirtualDub.
After I encode the avi with x264, resulting an mkv H264 video only.
I do the audio apart, can be done at any time, but still before the final step.
Then, final step, with mkvtoolnix, i mux the video, audio, subtitles and chapters.
