E1 after OP there's an unneccesary top line, which seems from OP2. E6 & E7 OP has no KFX like the other episodes and the style template is different. Thanks I'll fix those errors myself.

I extracted the subfix files and muxed them in and there's a karaoke line from S2's opening about 18-20 seconds after the opening's of S1 episodes 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12
