Not being able to play 10bit, sure, but 8bit would mean you literally can't watch any videos. Not even a web release like from HorribleSubs (Crunchyroll). If that's your case, you badly need to look into a upgrade if you want to enjoy anime releases. Either way, no, not posting Raw BD. If you want the JPBDs leaked to Nyaa recently, so there's that. USBDs, no, they're exclusive on a tracker just like the JPBDs were and I'm not someone that leaks exclusives to piss off the uploaders. Also, you say file size is irrelevant but I doubt you would want 922GB for one series. I doubt you would even have the space for it on the kinds of devices you're likely referring to amongst 'any device'.

Not familiar with playback capabilities of the Fire Stick but I'm guessing it's probably one of the encode settings which encoders usually max out in their encodes and that's making the Fire Stick struggle. (Just a wild guess, especially since you said WEB-DL is fine) Maybe my final release will work for you since I'll be doing an re-encode of S1-S4 and won't have that setting maxed out. Also the 922GB I'm referring to is JPBD, so there's no Dub on it. Aren't you here for Dub or Dual Audio? (Although, for mini-encodes, I think x265 helps with compressing to smaller size) In terms of 8-bit versus 10-bit, 10-bit is better in some scenarios afaik. If you can't play 10-bit, nothing wrong with going for 8-bit.
