No. They are unavailable. They only have like the last 10 episodes.

Amazon has better quality anyway, so unless one DESPERATELY wants the “jikai o otanoshimi ni” cards, there really isn’t much point in archiving the happyon/AniTV raws. It’s just that they upload on day one whereas Amazon does it several days later.
