[A4E] Tenshi Kinryouku [Angel Sanctuary] [Dual Audio]

For now I realized Angel Sanctuary isn’t up. It’s only a 3 episode OVA but hey, it’s something. Enjoy. Quick note, This was originally .ogm format… I remuxed it into .mkv for stability since the .ogm’s were somewhat choppy depending on the player you used.

My pleasure. Hopefully tomorrow I can go through the other HDD and see if anything else can be put up. Just a bit tedious since I have to manually search them to see what’s up and there’s 800 or so series I’d have to go through…

Not a problem guys :). and yes they were amazing back in the day. The old fansub groups were extremely dedicated and put so much effort. I especially applaud the ones now. Fansubbing is a dying thing with so many streaming websites out there now.

It’s for the best. Fansubbing is done free of charge, usually, and with the official streaming services that’s no longer needed.

I agree, but these… aren’t fansubs, though? They’re ripped from the R1 DVDs put out by Media-Blasters, and use the same official translations. They’re basically the 2000s equivalent of HorribleSubs/Erai-Raws type releases. Though it does take more effort to obtain DVDs/.isos and rip them than it does to rip and re-upload streaming video.
And if anything killed fansubbing, it wasn’t the official streaming sites themselves – it was HorribleSubs (an offshoot of fansubbing group gg), and their zero-hour rips of the legal streams.
