Because the [fansub](https://nyaa.si/view/606588) [releases](https://nyaa.si/view/1087444) for these are just… really bad. It came to a point where I understood more by ignoring the subtitles. Mainly referring to the Summer 2000 and Christmas specials, that’s as far as I got before buying the official release. To my surprise, there weren't any releases that used R1 subs. So I had to import the Sentai DVD for a much better viewing experience.
