Here's a popular manga, built on science fiction and romance. This one is a personal favorite of mine. An alien princess falls in love with a human and defies her own empire. Outlanders tells the story of alien Princess Kahm and Tokyo News Photographer Wakatsuki Tetsuya as they try to save the Earth from the invasion forces led by Kahm's father, emperor of the interstellar Santovasku Empire. The Santovasku use giant organic spaceships, or "Biomech," their advanced technology and their mastery of sorcery in their assault.
Tetsuya learns from Kahm that her ancestors in fact came from earth and they've returned to reclaim their sacred home planet that mankind has subsequently spoiled (due to pollution). However, the invasion of the "sacred planet" is really the front for a struggle between two secret fractions from the Santovasku Empire, ancient rivals which have vowed to destroy each other no matter what the cost - even if this includes all of humankind. And Earth, too, has her share of sinister conspirators who seek advancement for their own benefit only ...

Special Note: I forgot to post this when I listed this torrent. This manga was never re-published by Dark Horse in it's original "un-flipped" format and is published in the "left-to-right" format. Everyone should be aware of this when reading this manga series.
Well, I just found a high quality version of volume 7, that I'll be uploading as soon as this torrent is seeding. That just leaves the final volume. If anyone has a high quality version of Volume 8, forward it to me or link to it and I'll upload it here. Long as there are enough users seeding this one, I'm fine, so I can focus on uploading other manga series that aren't available here. Remember, Outlanders was published way back before publishers started producing "unflipped" manga. Hell, even Tokyopop published their manga in the flipped format. Outlanders was published originally in a monthly 32 page comic book format for like 33 issues, then they released the manga in a series of TPBs. This was back during the mid-90's, mind you. I think they only republish a manga in its original format if there is a high enough demand for it. However, older manga titles that they published back in the day simply doesn't warrant that additional cost. That manga series has been out of print for the longest time now. But, I'm busy at work trying to clean up Outlanders Volume 8. Whoever scanned the pages from the physical manga TPB didn't bother to clean up the images. He just scanned them, tossed them in a zipped file and just uploaded them. I'm past the midway point and I'll post a log in the information tomorrow when I upload Outlanders 7 and 8 tomorrow. I had to enhance the contrast, crop the images (the original uploader scanned the page but he also scanned part of the adjoining page, hence the image cleanup) I'm not resizing the images or anything but I'll post some example images so everyone can see what I'm talking about. Look for an unaltered copy of Volume 7 and a cleaned up copy of Volume 8 sometime tomorrow (I need my sleep as well).
