Actually I first intended to edit the UTW and did 10 episodes but it was too horrible had dozens of typos every episode(ex. They addressed Ruler as maid instead as Maiden) and it had many TL issues as well(dialogues didn’t match the action) which cannot be corrected without a TL help. Checked the Netflix sub and it was much better in terms of English and dialogue flow was smooth. So to keep my sanity I left it there.

Replaced the Vorbis with FLAC, Retimed the subs using Aegisub and removed the scene bleeds,flicker and key frame errors, Resampled the UTW subs and added the Kfx to Netflix subs and re-styled as well. Netflix subs were missing first dialogue so added UTW sub to it. Removed the subtitle moving up bcz of the broadcast in UTW. Added the UTW Kfx to NCOP and NCED as well. Included the subtiles as well in case I screwed up(I made sure I didn’t).

I appreciate the work, especially on timing the subs. This anime has some interesting choice with its ear bleeding sound effects. Do I get less earbleeding with the flac as compared to the vorbis?

Yeah I hate the sounds in this but FLAC isn’t gonna make your eats bleed anymore than vorbis. Most people won’t find a difference in vorbis or FLAC.

They should have went less intrusive with the sound effects and turn it up with that soundtrack. I’ve been a fan Masaru Yokoyama’s work since I heard it in the Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans. I like that medieval, orchestral type of music. He’s not disappointing much with that battle music in episode 1. Here’s hoping that the music is strong throughout, even if it’s muted by them Michael Bay turned up to 11 sounds effects.
