@SomaHeir .ttf and .otf are the font attachments (you know the fancy writing style). As I mentioned sub is from hi10-kaiji. I haven't touched anything regarding the fonts; just took the attachments(.ttf and .otf) and muxed them. As for the .sup goes it is the untouched Japanese subtitle which look like this https://imgur.com/a/hasXFH7 it is heavy on size (260mb) so you can remove it if you want. If you want to use the subs on other raw download the all the attachments form animetosho and while muxing don't forget to mux all the attachments in mkvmerge If you need any help don't hesitate to ask

@metalicbox Sorry but no plan on 1080p. You asked 1080p of same group so subtitles should be at sync just download the 1080p source and download the subs from here https://animetosho.org/view/gsk-sayonara-no-asa-ni-yakusoku-hana-o.n1109735 click on all attachments not the .ass for fonts as well. Refer my 2nd comment for more clarity

is this the fixed version of subtitle? Cz I heard that Kaiji's sub was bad

@gsk_ Thanks for the explanation! Some subs have files with .xml and are called chapters.xml and tas.xml. Do we include those in mkv merge as well?

@somaheir it's upto you, some guys want chapters some don't bother at all so ultimately it's your choice. I personally don't mind if a release contains chapters or not. Only advantage I see of chapters is going to a specific point in video. But it doesn't hurt keeping it (If you have chapter why not keep it?) In mkvmerge go to output tab and you should see a chapters section just click it and locate the chapter.xml. I am not sure what tas.xml is though

Does anyone know what was fixed, and if the misunderstanding in the Kaiji-Hi10 subs was fixed?

@Tobleh Script was pretty much untouched, there was no need to as it was pretty good what I edited was if there were two dialogues instead of keeping it one above the other I kept it on the top of the screen. Few edits like stomachs to stomach etc. In terms of timing hi10 kaiji has lot of scene bleeds and flickering so I corrected them and it had frame change also so I snapped them to keyframe. Anyway I plan to release a dual audio version (which was released today) I will correct it at that time.

@Tobleh I actually rectified it(I am wicked forgetful). Anyway I released a dual audio version. Sorry for the late release I had to experiment to get the best quality audio. So enjoy
