"What the fuck is this?"
This is a short film about An, who gets confessed to by her childhood friend Yuuki. She drops her spaghetti though and runs away, only to mysteriously end up 50 years in the future where a stranger in a trenchcoat wants to show her around town.
It's made as a commercial for the town of Oogaki and was uploaded to their youtube channel on the 6th of October, which is also where the source video is from. (Couldn't find a better one)

Nice, thanks! There is also a very similar project that came early this year: "Oam Monogatari: Sono Natsu, Watashi ga Shitta koto" (https://myanimelist.net/anime/37717/Oam_Monogatari__Sono_Natsu_Watashi_ga_Shitta_koto). Seems to be the same idea. A commercial for a town, just 9 minutes.
