Great work! Reading the manga last night. Already Volume 4 and it's awesome! I hope they make a new Anime this gen. If Blame has a new movies, then Alita should have another Anime asap.

If this release was cleaned up a bit it could be the best encode on here but it lacks in proper deinterlacing and frame blending as well the aspect ratio is slightly off.

foe is absolutely correct. This encode is a complete failure for the IVTC performed alone.

I have encoded this with the aspect ratio correct, and the deinterlacing done better if anyone is interested. To fix aspect ratio (without encoding): ffmpeg -i "input.mkv" -aspect 4:3 -map 0 -c copy -bsf:v h264_metadata=sample_aspect_ratio=20/22 "output.mkv" (The container aspect ratio was 4:3, but the video stream aspect ratio was 22:15. Some players will show it at 4:3, others at 22:15).
