Her condition requires surgery and Kaoru wants to transfer her to a hospital near their home. After Dr. Shindo learns about Akari’s real situation, he refuses to give her to Kaoru, and causes a big commotion. Dr. Shindo refuses to provide any explanation to keep his promise with Akari.
