Anybody with a brain (which counts you out) can asses that a lossy file cannot be a true hi-res thus it's meant that it was encoded from a hi-res source with max frequency allowed by the format (48.0 kHz) and more bit rate towards it then the normal 16 bit / 44.1 kHz would in lossy.
Why haven't you made a single comment to TSDM's page when he/she shares their hi-ress lossy in MP3 format? Which is stupid if you know MP3's cap. Using AAC or Opus would be better.
Do you even own a DAC? If not get off my page.
