used ffmpeg's minterpolate filter to bump it up to 48fps (okay I lied about the 60 but 48 makes more sense for interpolation and still gives that interpolated feel without being as obnoxious*). Normally I understand that interpolation=heresy but 1.I was bored 2.Someone else had a shitty 60fps version 3.It kind of adds to the unsettling factor of the video which I think is a neat effect. Same deal with the cutting though, mostly took from the iTunes flac audio and recut the video to match it.
